For that reason, Dr. Dixson employs revolutionary CEREC technology to create durable, natural-looking crowns in a single appointment. We understand your time is valuable, and because a crown is often essential to salvaging a damaged tooth, we want to make sure you take care of it immediately.

How Does CEREC Work?

First we will take a 3D image of your tooth, and then in the same appointment, our CEREC CAD-CAM technology helps design your ceramic crown while you wait. Finally, Dr. Dixson will permanently bond your newly milled ceramic crown to your prepared tooth, and you can leave with a complete, healthy smile, no need for a second appointment. CEREC uses tooth-colored, durable ceramic that you can trust that will last for years to come.
